Building more play, every day

We’re one of the fastest-growing parts of the LEGO Group. In factories worldwide, we’re expanding our capacity and adding to our teams. We’re taking some big steps forward, too.

We’ve just opened a brand-new site in Vietnam. This is our second site in Asia and an entirely carbon-neutrally-run facility. The site allows us to reach new markets without growing our environmental footprint. We’re also super excited to be growing in the United States (USA) – creating a 13-building, state-of-the-art site with landscaping designed by children.

Sustainable manufacturing

To inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow, we need to leave them a world worth inheriting. This is why we’re always looking for new ways to make our manufacturing as sustainable as possible.

Across all our sites, we’re using renewable energy to reduce our footprint. We’re testing and rolling out new production technologies, as well as transitioning to recyclable materials and removing single-use plastic from our packaging. Also, more and more LEGO elements are now made from recycled and plant materials.

The LEGO manufacturing recruitment experience
