Billund is the home of the brick. Our founder, Ole Kirk Kristiansen, set up his workshop here in 1932 and we’ve never left. Today, Billund is our home where we have a manufacturing site, offices, the state-of-the-art LEGO® Campus and visitor attractions including LEGO House and LEGOLAND®.

LEGO Campus
LEGO Campus is a vibrant, creative workplace designed to help you do your best work. Enjoy free barista-made coffee, access to a health clinic and a bike borrowing service. It features themed work and collaboration spaces, relaxing areas to unwind and grab a bite and a spacious Colleague Store where you can pick up the latest LEGO sets and merchandise.
Havremarken
Havremarken is home to Our LEGO Agency (OLA), our in-house creative agency. The team here focuses on brand identity, packaging design, kids’ communication, shopper communication, promotional activities, in-store material, experiential marketing, digital engagement, social media, brand communication… and a lot more, too!
Innovation House
Opened in 2016, Innovation House is all about creativity and innovation, with space dedicated to colleagues who work on new designs and ideas. It features a LEGO Idea Studio, dedicated spaces for both work and play, collaborative meeting rooms and a LEGO showroom. Looking ahead, we’re excited to open our new Innovation Campus in 2027.
Kornmarken
We bring the LEGO Group’s ideas to life. Our 650+ colleagues work with 620 molding machines weighing from 40 to 150 tons. Together, they handle standard, special and high-volume production – producing more than 45,000,000,000 elements every year. It is also home to our Mold Apprentice Academy.
LEGO House
LEGO House, ‘Home of the Brick™’, is the ultimate LEGO experience center. Spanning 12,000 m² (130,000 sq.ft.), it is filled with 25 million LEGO bricks, LEGO waterfalls, and giant animals and plants. The House allows children and adults of all ages to develop creatively and explore the endless possibilities of Learning Through Play with the iconic LEGO brick.
People House
Located inside LEGO Campus, People House is a home away from home for our colleagues and their loved ones. It’s full of spaces and places to relax, learn, play and connect. Meet new friends and discover new hobbies. And above all, make yourself at home.

LEGO Campus, located in central Billund, opened its doors in 2019. It was designed to offer flexible and collaborative environments. The various Neighborhoods, Flexi Camps, and Meeting Centers were created to cater to our diverse needs and inspire creativity.
