Introducing Maggie

Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock PHD is a space scientist, author and broadcaster with a true passion for all things space. Best-known for presenting the BBC’s Sky At Night, among other children’s science shows, Dr Maggie is an expert at breaking down the complex concept of space in a fun and exciting way. We are delighted to have her on board our LEGO Space craft to help us uncover everything that makes space so awesome!

Dr. Maggie’s Space Facts

  1. Astronauts’ footprints on the moon could last for more than 100 million years. Whoa! That’s because there’s virtually no atmosphere to erode them.
  2. The sun is massive! You could fit 1.3 million Earths into the Sun if you squished them in. Wow!
  3. Three LEGO® Minifigures are currently travelling on a spacecraft to Jupiter. They were included as part of NASA’s Juno mission and are due to arrive by 2031!
